https://thelonelycreative.com/novels/ I photograph different plants growing in architectonic cracks in their original locations. They are found throughout the city, during my ordinary walks. Then, I collect them. In the studio, I plant each one of them, still alive, in a plastic cup filled with white cement. After the curing, the object is removed from the mold, serving as model for naturalistic drawings. The drawing chases the withering of the plant, registering its decay.
